I JUST CANT BELIEVE IT THAT I SIGNED UP FOR YOGA.
nice one nana.
what the fuck are you thinking.
however, the class was average tho. i kind of like it, but not too much. the stretching part was, unbearablly..speechless.
but, it takes time for me to calm things around me as i feel so sucky today.
i guess im getting my red light soon. cause i ate alot today.
double cheese burger.
double BK turkey bacon UPSIZE meal.
chicken rice
chocolate bun with green tea.

for the fuck's sake nana. STOP FUCKING EATING.
its okay. yoga helps me.

sooooooooooooo. thats that.
i reached home about 12am. met sab for at chong pang, lepak with her and ahmad dearest with his friend.
awesome way to end my day.

i promise to myself, im not gonna go telling everyone around me. let me keep what is troubling me. and i swear, i wont trouble the people around me.
